At Stafford Hall, Costessey we have two classes. The first one is Fitness Pilates which takes place every Friday from 9.30am – 10.25am. Designed for all levels, the cost is £7 per session.

You are welcome to attend both classes (Fitness Yoga and Pilates starts at 10.30am). The cost is £12 for both classes, saving you £2.
